Unexpected Turbulence: A New Play

By Parisian Express (other events)

2 Dates Through Sep 27, 2019

ABOUT ABOUT

WELCOME ABOARD, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

Crystelle Desjardins is a stewardess on a mission to claim the title of "Best Flight Attendant in the Fleet" for the 16th year in a row. The only things standing in her way? An old flame, a gorgeous Canadian idiot, and a lemon plant.

The captain has turned on the fasten seatbelt sign for the duration of this new play (with more emotional baggage than an overhead bin), performed in drag by Alexander Burnett of the École Jacques Lecoq.

Fresh from its worldwide premiere at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Unexpected Turbulence will be performed for the first time in the United States at The Fridge DC.

Written by Steven Elliott. Directed by Dylan Arredondo.
